Allen Faircloth's Profile
As a North Carolina native, born and raised in Harnett County, I have many, many miles across Johnston, Cumberland, Wake and surrounding areas. While in high school, I joined the Army and went to basic training the summer going into my senior year but after graduation, I deployed to several parts of the world but found my way back to NC when I was stationed at Ft Bragg. While on active duty, I attended Campbell University where I got a degree in Political Science and Government and a minor in Criminal Justice... since I was a kid, my goal was always to go to law school. When I got off active duty, I joined the NC National Guard. One day my company commander convinced me to apply to a sales job at his technology company... and the rest is history.
For the next 25+ years, I sold software and led sales teams for some of the biggest and best companies in the US. I was blessed to do pretty well which allowed me to pick up some interesting hobbies, one being renovating old homes and commercial properties. When I retired from software sales, I decided to follow my passion and get my real estate license. Recognizing that most real estate agencies were mainly focused on getting more and more clients, I thought there needed to be more of a personal touch so I created Anthem Properties. What started as an agency delivering highly personalized, manically focused, detailed attention to a smaller number of clients has evolved to be so much more.
On a personal note, my oldest son is a home inspector, my youngest son is my partner at Anthem, and my daughter is a senior in high school. I enjoy traveling, going to music and sporting events with my love Kristie, we go dancing and are always trying to cook. I absolutely love a good bourbon, swinging a hammer on some project, woodworking and the beach. I also own Cornerstone Cafe & Coffee in Coats and Benson so if you ever want to meet for a 'drink' and talk real estate, let's do it!
